A Winter Garden
The winter garden is unlike a Spring, Summer, or fall garden. Though there is greenery and color it's not alive......at least not anymore, and there's no need for dead heading
The Winter Garden consist mostly of dead branches and twigs arranged in containers and pots with maybe some lights.
A garden that is to be mostly enjoyed from the indoors during inclement weather.
Evergreens, and branches are on call for this garden, take a look!
This we like!

Holiday Home Tour, the planning season.
The Holiday Season is over, this is what I like to call my planning season. A time to look not only to the next season, but a time to start planning for the season that we just got through.
I enjoyed my Holiday decorations this past year, but there's always room for improving, and that what season I'm in right now.
Here's a short tour of our home.
Happy New Year everyone,
Enjoy the Season!
The front porch pots
The wreath on the garage wall was a sort of a experiment. I used the heavy wire ring that is used to make evergreen wreaths. I just attached pine-cones, faux berries, a short length of white pine roping, and globe lights.
The fireplace mantle
Magnolia branches, faux evergreen garland, faux berries, and red LED berry lights.
Planning how to take this to the next level
