Detroit Historical Home and Garden Tour

The  Detroit Palmer Woods home and garden tour

The tour featured the homes and gardens in this historical area of Detroit.

Homes designed by famous architects such as 'Frank Loyd Wright' and 'Tobocman' were on the tour, along with some beautiful mini mansions, and Tudor style homes.

Guest  were not allowed to take photo's of the homes interior's, so here's a glance at some of the gardens we enjoyed

Mid Century Clean

Sometimes a pop of color is all you need to create a inviting outdoor living space.

This simple planting of red "New Guinea Impatiens" and "Red Geraniums" work great with the vintage white patio lounge chairs

The gardens in the backyard are mostly green, and low key, but keep the enclosed and private.

The house is a mid-Century ranch with simple plantings,and clean lines

A simple color palate ensure's a clean look.
